Come join me in Bali for an amazing transformative 5-day handstand and yoga intensive.

This intensive will be very physically and mentally demanding with 7 hours of training each day. It is recommended that you have a strong daily yoga practice and able to hold a freestanding handstand for at least 10 seconds. This training is limited to 20 participants to ensure personal one on one development.

 

What’s included

  • Daily guided meditation with instruction through a variety of techniques to include, zazen, anapana sati, Vipassanā, transcendental meditation.
  • Daily Sequence wave pranayama practice with a deep focus on kumbhaka (breath retention) techniques and energy work.
  • Daily 3-hour Master Myofascial Meridian Sequenced Vinyasa classes that focus on stimulating and building fascial properties (elasticity, plasticity, viscoelasticity-slow/fast), strength and mobility through highly specific poses and movements to create a balance of tension and compression between antagonistic lines and self-balancing lines.

2:00 pm – 5:00 pm Inversion conditioning training and flexibility work, line work, moving shapes and changing drishti, one arm handstand training

9:00 am – 12:00 pm Functional Line and Deep Front Line Myofascial Meridian Sequenced Vinyasa Class

2:00 pm – 5:00 pm Inversion conditioning and flexibility work, hollowbacks, Handstand flags, one arm handstand training
